The program evaluation also shows increases in resiliency.

To deliver this, our services at the Team House include:

- Mindfulness—a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. Mindfulness activities include art projects, music on the beach, and therapeutic outings.
- Physical Fitness and Nutrition Dialogue— Physical fitness is an important aspect of health and well-being. Our TRX (self-contained workout station) is available for use throughout the week for physical training. In addition, a 7am workout session is offered 2-3 times per program week. This can be a great opportunity to re-establish a fitness routine or maintain the routine you currently have.
